Symplr Provider

Healthcare Provider Credentialing Software

Team Project

An enterprise-level application for managing healthcare provider data. As part of a high-functioning consulting team, I collaborated with numerous stakeholders, product owners, and nearly a dozen other dev teams to manage and deliver critical components and essential features over many months. One feature I helped spearhead was the creation of shared primitive components. Given the application’s large size with hundreds of forms, I dedicated substantial effort to making these components highly flexible and easily consumable. Special consideration for security was given due to the sensitive nature of the data.

Skills

Typescript, Angular, RxJS, NgRx, Jasmine, Kendo UI, SCSS, REST, SQL, Git, Azure DevOps, Agile/SAFe, Scrum

Symplr Workforce

Workforce Management Software

Team Project

A staffing and scheduling solution for healthcare facilities. I worked with teammates to whiteboard user workflows, implement data-rich UIs, and write methods for complex date/time calculations, managed and deployed builds, and maintained a mock web API server for use by numerous teams. Healthcare workforce management can be extremely complicated, as factors such as staff categorization (department, position, pay code, etc.), time zones, coverage periods, and staffing variances must be accounted for. My team worked closely with Product and UX to absorb vast amounts of domain knowledge and deliver high-value features, including one my team lead affectionately dubbed “hell service.”
